Chinese Shrimp Kebabs
|Raw shrimp||2 Pound, deveined (900 Gram)|
|Snow peas||24 , blanched|
|Rice wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Sesame sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place pineapple, shrimp, pea pods, wine and sesame sauce in bowl; marinate 15 minutes.
Alternate ingredients on skewers and place on ovenproof platter.
Mix oil with lime juice; set aside.
Cook skewers 6 to 8 minutes in oven 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Baste occasionally with oil mixture and turn skewers over once.
Season to taste.
