Chinese Shrimp Kebabs

Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 16
  Raw shrimp 2 Pound, deveined (900 Gram)
  Snow peas 24 , blanched
  Rice wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Sesame sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place pineapple, shrimp, pea pods, wine and sesame sauce in bowl; marinate 15 minutes.
Alternate ingredients on skewers and place on ovenproof platter.
Mix oil with lime juice; set aside.
Cook skewers 6 to 8 minutes in oven 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Baste occasionally with oil mixture and turn skewers over once.
Season to taste.
