Barbecued Korean Style Short Ribs
|Beef short ribs||4 Pound (2.5 Inch Long)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kikkoman)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||1 Tablespoon (Toasted)|
|Tabasco pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Score meaty side of ribs, 1/2 inch apart, 1/2 inch deep, lengthwise and crosswise.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Marinate ribs in sauce in plastic bag 2 hours.
Broil 2 inches from heat 15 minutes, or until ribs are brown and crisp on all sides.
