Oriental Rice Balls
|Brown rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cooked)|
|Sesame seed||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Cook the rice and while it is still warm, press 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time into a quarter cup measure. Remove to your wet hands and shape into a ball or oval. Continue until all the rice is used.
2. Meanwhile, toast the seeds until golden in a large heavy skillet over low heat, stirring often. Sprinkle with the salt.
3. Roll the rice shapes in the seeds.
