Tasty Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  Mint sauce 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Olive oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Lamb chops 8 Small, boned and fat removed (1/2 Inch,1.2 Centimeters Thick)
  Onions 2 Small, cut in 4 and sectioned
  Bay leaves 10
  Celery stalks 1 1⁄2 , cut in 1 inch, 2.5 centimeter lengths and blanched
  Lemon juice 1⁄4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place mint sauce, oil, garlic, pepper and lemon juice in bowl.
Add lamb and mix thoroughly; marinate 15 minutes on counter-top.
Alternate lamb, onion sections, bay leaves and celery pieces on skewers; season generously.
Place on ovenproof platter.
Change oven setting to broil.
Cook skewers 3 minutes each side 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Leave door ajar and baste with leftover mint marinade.
