Arabic Rugag Bread

  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

1.Put all the ingredients into one large bowl
2.Mix them well together to make a soft yet wet dough.
3.Gently spread the dough over the roasting pan using your hand or a spatual if you like.
4.Let it slowly cook on the pan.
5.Now add an egg or cheese and spread it over the dough cooking on the pan.
6.Flip it turns the half side down.

7.After it turns slightly brown, its ready to be served.
