Korean Style Beef Cubes

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh ginger 3 Tablespoon, sliced
  Garlic 3 Teaspoon, sliced (About 4 Cloves)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onion tops 3 , sliced
  Hot red chilies 4 Small, seeded and crushed
  Boneless beef sirloin 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4-inch cubes (High Quality Top Round)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Black sesame seed/Standard sesame seed, toasted 1 Tablespoon, toasted, chopped
Directions

To make the marinade for the beef, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, onions and chilies.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir beef cubes into the marinade; let stand for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
