Easy Piroshki

Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut in butter, leaving coarse lumps.
Add sour cream a little at a time, just enough to hold dough together.
Roll out dough.
Fold in 3 thicknesses.
Chill 1 or more hours.
Roll out thinly.
Cut in rounds 3-4 inches in diameter.
