Mediterranean White Bean Hummus Dip With Parmesan And Basil

Very easy and quick to prepare, this bean hummus dip is an appetizing recipe. If you don't believe me, try it yourself...
Ingredients
  Cannellini beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh basil leaves 5
  Fresh minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tahini sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped sun dried tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Sliced black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Pita chips/Fresh pita 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

This is a great variation to regular plain hummus. You can use any white bean and have a wonderful new dip.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spread nicely in a plate and garnish with sun dried tomatoes, black olives and olive oil.
Serve with fresh pita bread or pita chips.
