Korean Kimchi Jjim

Kimchi Jjim is a pork dish with a scrumptious taste, try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Country style pork ribs 4
  Kimchi 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Moong 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Sour wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Miso paste 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
Directions

In a deep pot, add the kimchi, stir in the onion and moog; simmer for about 1-1 1/2 hr.
Meanwhile marinate the pork. In a large bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, mix well and place the pork into the marinade for about an hour.
Place the marinated pork over the kimchi in the pot and cook covered for about 2 hours.
Remove the pork on a dish and stir the kimchi well and serve with the pork.
