Nibuta Simmered Pork

Nibuta Simmered Pork is a Korean dish with a scrumptious taste, try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Pork 1 Pound
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sake wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onion white part 1 Medium, slice
  Ginger peice 1 Medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the green onions white part, set aside.

MAKING
2. In a pan, lightly brown the pork in the oil; remove the pork and excess oil.
3. Place the pork back into the pan, add little water.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, sake, ginger, green onion, water and bring to a boil.
5. Simmer over a medium-low heat for about 45 minutes.
6. After cooking let everything cool leave the pork in the broth put in fridge.
7. Next day remove fat from pork and slice.

SERVING
8. Serve with steamed rice.
