1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Black pepper powder
Finely grated ginger
Dried chili peppers
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
In a bowl, place the chicken wings, add all the marinade ingredients, mix well and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
In a shallow pan, add all the sauce ingredients, mix well.
Deep fry the chicken pieces in heated oil until evenly brown; remove and drain off the excess oil.
Heat the sauce until bubbly, stir in the chicken pieces; turn the pieces and simmer on a low heat until all the chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce.
