Cut green beans
4 Cup (64 tbs)
1 , sliced
Red pepper flakes
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
In a mixing bowl, place the beans and radish slices, add the salt; mix well and leave for half an hour to moisten.
Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes; mix well. Remove in a bowl and refrigerate for about 2-3 days.
