Green Bean Kimchi is a great Korean Vegetarian dish. With no cooking involved the Green Bean Kimchi is a super simple dish. Join James in his kitchen to prepare the Green Bean Kimchi, try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Cut green beans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Korean radish 1 , sliced
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

In a mixing bowl, place the beans and radish slices, add the salt; mix well and leave for half an hour to moisten.
Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes; mix well. Remove in a bowl and refrigerate for about 2-3 days.
