Korean Radish tastes great with the Korean Fried Chicken. Join James in his kitchen and see how he prepares the Korean Radish in a few minutes. With no cooking involved, the Korean Radish is a super simple side dish!
Ingredients
  Korean radish 1 Medium, cubed
  Sprite soft drink 12 Ounce
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice and chop the radish into cubes.
2. Place in a bowl; add sprite, vinegar, salt and sugar.
3. Mix well and set aside for a 2 hours before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve the Korean Radish with fried chicken.
