Korean Hamburger With Sweet Potato Coleslaw And Fries

Hamburger with Korean Sweet Potato Fries can be a complete meal. The burger has a coleslaw with mashed Korean Sweet Potato and the seasoned Hamburger patty with a scrumptious taste. Hamburger with Korean Sweet Potato Fries has a wonderful blend of the amazing flavours.
Ingredients
For coleslaw
  Korean sweet potato 2 , peeled, boiled and mashed
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 , grated
For hamburger
  Onion 1⁄4 Medium, finely grated
  Finely grated carrot 3 Tablespoon
  Lean ground meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper powder To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Burger bun 1
  Thick tomato slices 1
For fries
  Korean sweet potato 2
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

In a large bowl, add all the coleslaw ingredients, mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl, mix all the Hamburger Ingredients and shape into a patty. In a warm pan add oil and fry the patty over a low heat until evenly brown on both the sides.
Assemble the burger with the coleslaw, hamburger patty and a tomato slice.
For the fries, peel and dice the korean sweet potato and deep fry until golden. Remove on a kitchen tissue and sprinkle with the salt.
