Korean Soondubu Jjigae

Ingredients
  Hot pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Coarse)
  Garlic paste 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Anchovy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef cubes 12
  Kimchi 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef stock 6 Tablespoon (Large Spoon)
  Clams 5
  Mussels 4
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Tofu pieces 8 (Extra Soft)
  Eggs 2
Directions

In a small bowl, mix the hot pepper, garlic paste and anchovy sauce. Keep aside for a few hours to soften.
In a deep pan, saute the beef in oil until brown. Add kimchi and cook for a while. Stir in half the paste and the beef stock. Boil for a few minutes, skim off the foam. Add the clams, muscles, sesame oil, green onion and tofu. Simmer for a while. Crack and add the eggs over the top,simmer for a few minutes.
