Korean Jokbal

JokBal is a Korean dish with a scrumptious taste. The boiled pork shank meat is nicely blended with the flavours of the whole spices. Join James in his kitchen and see him prepare JokBal. Try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Pork shanks 2
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Jug Equals Cup)
  Whole onions 2 Medium, peeled
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger piece 4 Large
  Garlic head 1
  Cinnamon sticks 4
  Rice molasses 350 Gram
  Salted shrimp 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sprite 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large pot, add all the ingredients for cooking the pork, place the pork shanks, cover with water. Cook for 2-3 hrs until tender.
Remove the pork out of the pot. Allow to cool, slice up and serve.
In a small bowl, add all the dipping sauce ingredients and mix well.
