Pork Jja Jang Myun

Jja Jang Myun is the Korean Noodles with Black Bean Sauce. Tastes fabulous with the amazing blend of the vegetables and pork in the black bean sauce. Try out Jja Jang Myun and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Pork 3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black bean paste 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Red chilli pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a pan add the zucchini, potatoes and onion, cook for a while. Stir in the pork, garlic and sprinkle a little salt to taste. Stir well and cook for a few minutes. Remove on a plate and keep aside.
In the same pan, gently fry the black bean paste in the oil for a few minutes. Stir in the sugar, red chilli pepper and the cornstarch dissolved in water. Mix well and bring to a boil to thicken.
Return the pork and the vegetables to the pan and simmer until they are cooked.
In a deep pan, cook the noodles in water. Drain well and remove on a plate. Pour the black bean sauce over the noodles and serve.
