Korean Bibimbap

Dolsot BiBimBap is a Korean dish with an amazing blend of flavours. This is a no meat version of the dish. Dolsot BiBimBap is a complete meal to try out for lunch. Hot and spicy sauce with the spinach, carrot and mushrooms over the rice makes it an outstanding dish.
Ingredients
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shiitake mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Cooked rice 4 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Egg 1
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Rice vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper powder To Taste
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Gochujang 1 Tablespoon
  Rice wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chinese mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, marinate the carrot in all the carrot marinade ingredients for an hour.
in another bowl, mix the green onion marinade ingredients and keep aside.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and keep aside.
In a pan, saute the spinach and garlic in oil. Sprinkle salt to taste and remove from the pan. Saute the mushrooms and add the green onion sauce.
Coat another small non-stick pan with sesame oil. On a low heat, press in the cooked rice. Arrange the marinated carrots, spinach, mushrooms
over the rice. Increase the heat and add 2-3 tablespoons of the hot sauce. Tear and place the lettuce leaves. Top with the sunny side up and dot with the hot sauce.

yum I love traditional stone bowls
