Pudae-jjige was earlier the Army Base Stew. Now it is popular as just plain good food. The dish has lots of vegetables, hot dogs, spam, fish cake , pork, kimchi, peppers, onion and spices. Pudae-jjige has an amazing blend of all nice favours. Besure to try it with a few friends and a bottle of soju!

in a deep pan, add the stock ingredients. Boil for a few minutes. Keep aside to cool down.
In a large shallow pan, pour the stock. Add the noodles, white part of cabbage,fish cake, hot dogs, spam, ground pork, green onion, green chilli pepper, cabbage, red beans, kimchi.
Stir in the sauce , poke every thing down and boil for a few minutes until done.
