Asian Nasi Goreng

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound (1 Cup)
  Minced dry red chili peppers 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped salted peanuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cubed cooked ham/12 ounce canned luncheon meat cut in 1/2 inch cubes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Prawns 1 Pound, cooked shelled cleaned (Medium)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cook rice in boiling salted water until tender but not mushy.
Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in chili peppers (they should be almost powdery).
Add peanuts and onions and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Pour over the rice and add the cubed meat and prawns.
Toss together carefully with 2 forks.
Taste for seasoning.
Set aside to season and blend flavors.
Place over low heat just before serving time; toss occasionally to prevent scorching.
