Vegetable Samosa

Traditionally, the Veggie Samosa's are an Indian or rather Asian snack food. Whenever you prefer to eat your vegetable samosas, be sure to serve them with a dipping sauce and enjoy your traditional Indian food meal! Enjoy the lipsmaking Veggie Samosa's with your family and friends.
Ingredients
  Potato 1 (Peeled And Quartered)
  Onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Finely chopped garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1) In a pan, boil the potatoes for 15 minutes.
2) Boil the green peas separately.
3) In a bowl, mash the potatoes, add the onions, garlic, green chili, peas, curry powder, cumin, olive oil and salt to taste. Mix well together.
4) Brush all the sides of a wrap with the egg, place a tbsp filling in the center, and seal sides and shape into samosas.
5) Deep fry the samosas in heated oil until golden brown.
6) In a pan, add all the Dipping Sauce ingredients and simmer for a few minutes.
7) Serve the samosas with the dipping sauce.
