Ahi Poke is made with the freshest raw ahi tuna, poke makes a great appetizer, for any meal. Poke is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine. Modern poke typically consists of cubed ahi tuna sashimi marinated with soy sauce, onions, garlic, sesame oil, Furikake, Ogo seaweed, and red chili pepper. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Ahi tuna 1 Pound, cubed 0.5 inch pieces
  Onion 1⁄2 , diced
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Ginger To Taste, shredded
  Orgo seaweed 1 Ounce, roughly chopped
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Furikake 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

1) In a bowl, add the ahi tuna, onions, green onions, ginger, crushed red pepper, sesame oil, low sodium soy sauce, garlic and mix well.
2) Serve in a martini glass, as a wonderful appetizer.
