Oriental Salad Meal

Oriental salad. Hmmm.... it has cabbage. Did you know cabbage has iron, fiber, vitamin C and lots of nutrition filled in it. This is one of the reasons I like cabbage. Some of the fun facts about cabbage are-it is one of the oldest known vegetables. It belongs to a big family. Oriental salad is my mother's recipe and I love it.
Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Green onions 4 , finely chopped
  Slivered almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken ramen noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked & broken up
  Chicken seasoning 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped chicken breast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Chop up cabbage and onions.
2. Place in big mixing or salad bowl.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss until all is coated evenly. 4. Once coated add the chopped chicken breast if desired.
