Paksiw Na Bangus

Ingredients
  Bangus 500 Gram, cleaned scaled and sliced diagonally
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mama Sitas)
  Eggplant 1 , sliced diagonally
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Tablespoon, crushed
  Peppercorn 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Green chilli 1
Directions

In a saucepan, combine together all the ingredients except bangus and green chili and bring to bol.
Add the fish and green chili, lower the heat and simmer until fish is cooked through.
Serve hot.
