Paksiw Na Isda With Soy Sauce

This ia a Filipino recipe for cooking fish or seafood. It is very easy and very delicious.
  Orata 2
  Sliced onion 1 Medium
  Shredded ginger 50 Gram
  Sliced garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 50 Milliliter

Season fish with salt both sides, place some shredded ginger, some garlic in the tummy of the fish and place in the pot. Add the onions, remaining chopped garlic, remaining shredded ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, water, cook for at least 10 minutes depending on the size of the fish and serve.
