Turkey Kabobs

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced peeled gingerroot/1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turkey breast 6 Pound, thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), cut into 3-inch pieces
Directions

1. In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Cut meat from turkey-breast half into 2-inch cubes; discard skin and bones. Toss turkey cubes with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. About 1 hour before serving, prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
3. Meanwhile, on 6 long skewers, alternately thread turkey cubes and green-onion pieces, reserving soy marinade from turkey.
4. Place skewers on grill over medium heat; cook about 30 minutes or until turkey is fork-tender, brushing frequently with reserved marinade and turning often.
