Pineapple Beef Teriyaki Kebabs

Ingredients
  Sirloin steak/Tenderloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger root/1/4 teaspoon dry ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat and pineapple.
Marinate at least 1 hour stirring twice.
Thread meat and pineapple on skewers alternately.
Barbecue 2 to 4 inches from coals 5 to 10 mins.basting with marinade as each is turned.
