Ingredients
  Rice 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Celery 1 Teaspoon, thinly sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Bean sprouts 1 Teaspoon
  Water chestnut 1 , thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Add rice to cold vegetable broth; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
Add celery, onion, bean sprouts and water chestnut; simmer 10 minutes.
Add salt.
