Trout Steak Shish Kebabs

Ingredients
  Trout 4 Small
  Potatoes 8 Small, sliced
  Onion 1 , cubed
  Bacon pieces 24
  Marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Shallots 4 , finely sliced
  Orange juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  White wine 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Plain yogurt 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Slide trout onto skewers, alternating with vegetables (place a piece of bacon on either side of the trout), then place skewered fish in a long, shallow dish. In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients, pour over shish kebabs and marinate 24 hours, turning from time to time.
–  In a large skillet, melt butter and cook shish kebabs for 6 minutes on each side.
