Oriental Steak Salad
|Instant ramen noodles||3 Ounce (1 Package Uncooked)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Frozn cauliflower, carrots & snow pea pods||16 Ounce (1 bag, farm frozen mixtures)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Boneless beef top loin steak||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Oriental sesame salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Reserve seasoning packet from noodles.
In large saucepan, bring water to boil.
Add ramen noodles and vegetables; return to boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Heat remaining oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef; cook and stir about 8 minutes or until browned.
Stir in reserved seasoning packet until beef is well coated.
In large bowl, toss together beef, vegetables, ramen noodles and salad dressing.
Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
