Oriental Crab And Corn Bisque
|Basic chinese chicken broth/Pork broth||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms/6 dried forest mushrooms, softened and slivered||6 , sliced|
|White onion||1 , sliced|
|White cream style corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||To Taste|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Flaked crab meat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Simmer stock, mushrooms and onion, covered, 30 minutes, adding corn last 10 minutes.
Adjust seasonings with sugar, soy and pepper and add crab and reheat.
Bring to slow boil, gradually drizzle in eggs and stir with fork so eggs form long, slender strands.
