Oriental Crab And Corn Bisque

Ingredients
  Basic chinese chicken broth/Pork broth 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms/6 dried forest mushrooms, softened and slivered 6 , sliced
  White onion 1 , sliced
  White cream style corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar To Taste
  Soy sauce To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Flaked crab meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Simmer stock, mushrooms and onion, covered, 30 minutes, adding corn last 10 minutes.
Adjust seasonings with sugar, soy and pepper and add crab and reheat.
Bring to slow boil, gradually drizzle in eggs and stir with fork so eggs form long, slender strands.
