1. In bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Cut green pepper into 1/2-inch pieces. Cut onion into quarters, then separate each quarter into pieces. Cut pimentos into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
2. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. On four 14-inch all-metal skewers, thread lamb and vegetables, reserving marinade. Place skewers on rack in broiling pan; brush with marinade. Broil 20 minutes, turning skewers occasionally and brushing with marinade.
