Ingredients
  Marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Venison 1 Pound, cubed
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Onion 1 , cut into wedges
  Mushrooms 16
  Green bell pepper pieces 16
Directions

–  Heat barbecue 20 minutes prior to cooking.
–  In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, add cubed venison and marinate for 6 hours.
–  Drain meat, then slip onto skewers, alternating with vegetables. Cook over barbecue, basting with marinade from time to time.
