Tuna Shish Kebabs With Fennel

Ingredients
  Tuna 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Tomatoes 2 (In Wedges)
  Onions 2 (In Wedges)
  Bacon slices 4
  Sweet red pepper 1 , cubed
  Marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Tomato juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finley sliced
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Fennel 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

–  Slide tuna pieces onto skewers, alternating with vegetables, then place mixture in shallow dish.
–  In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients, then baste kebabs and marinate for 24 hours, turning from time to time.
–  Preheat the broiler. Broil shish kebabs for 8 minutes, basting frequently with marinade, and serve.
