These Polynesian Beef Kebabs are a rage with my family. Try these beef, pineapple, peppers and cherry tomato kebabs with irresistible sweet sour sauce poured over. Feel free to share your opinion about these Polynesian Beef Kebabs.
  Marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 14 Ounce (398 Milliliter)
  Brown sugar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cubed beef 1 Pound
  Mushrooms 16
  Green bell pepper pieces 16
  Cherry tomatoes 16
  Cornstarch 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Cold water 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, pour marinade over beef cubes and refrigerate to marinate for 6 to 8 hours.
–  Remove beef cubes and pineapple chunks, and set marinade aside.
–  Slide beef cubes on the skewers, alternating with mushrooms, pineapple chunks and peppers, then place a cherry tomato at each end of skewer.
–  Cook kebabs in oven.
–  Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. In small saucepan, heat marinade, add cornstarch mixture, and stir gently for a few minutes until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over kebabs.
