Ingredients
  Marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 14 Ounce (398 Milliliter)
  Brown sugar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cubed beef 1 Pound
  Mushrooms 16
  Green bell pepper pieces 16
  Cherry tomatoes 16
  Cornstarch 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Cold water 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, pour marinade over beef cubes and refrigerate to marinate for 6 to 8 hours.
–  Remove beef cubes and pineapple chunks, and set marinade aside.
–  Slide beef cubes on the skewers, alternating with mushrooms, pineapple chunks and peppers, then place a cherry tomato at each end of skewer.
–  Cook kebabs in oven.
–  Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. In small saucepan, heat marinade, add cornstarch mixture, and stir gently for a few minutes until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over kebabs.
