Tandoori Style Chicken Kabobs
|Plain yogurt||8 Ounce (1/2 Pint)|
|Italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut into 1-inch pieces|
In food processor or blender, process all ingredients except chicken until blended.
In large shallow baking dish, combine chicken with dressing mixture.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 3 hours.
Remove chicken, reserving marinade.
Onto skewers, thread chicken, then grill or broil, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade, 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
