Creamy Raspberry Sherbet makes for a delicious, easy and refreshing drink. This Creamy Raspberry Sherbet recipe is a great help to me as I can churn it up any minute I want. Happy drinking!
Ingredients
  Instant soy beverage 240 Milliliter, premixed (1 Cup)
  Raspberries 240 Milliliter (Fresh And Chilled Or Frozen, 1 Cup)
  Non dairy milk 90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoons, Devan Sweet)
Directions

Pour premixed Solait in a divided ice cube tray, freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
Refrigerate berries until very cold, or freeze them.
Shortly before serving, remove frozen Solait and berries, if frozen, from freezer.
Let stand about 5 minutes at room temperature.
Remove Solait cubes from tray.
If cubes are large, cut them into small chunks in food processor or blender, whip Solait chunks a portion at a time, use on-off pulse at first to break up chunks.
Then whip continuously until velvety.
Drop in berries, about 1/3 at a time, and sweetener.
Blend until smooth.
