Beef Kabobs With Soy And Honey
|Soy sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef sirloin||1 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces|
|Pineapple chunks||24 (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Green pepper||To Taste, cored and cut in squares|
1. Combine soy sauce and honey in a bowl. Add meat; stir to coat. Marinate 1 hour.
2. Remove meat and reserve marinade.
3. Alternate beef, pineapple and green pepper on 8 skewers. Arrange kabobs in a 2-quart glass baking dish and brush with marinade. Cover with waxed paper. Set aside.
4. Reserve cherry tomatoes.
