Korean Barbecued Pork

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Remove any bones from the pork belly slices.
2 Cut the slices into 1/2 inch pieces.
3 Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork and mix well.
4 Place it in the refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight.
5 Preheat the grill.

MAKING
6 Remove the pork from the refrigerator and place it on the heated grill.
7 Let cook until golden brown.

SERVING
8 Serve the pork over rice.

this kind of dish is great in lettuce wraps...with stick korean rice and bits of barley :3 or over a bowl of sticky rice and kimchi on the side.

did you wash the pork before you marinate it? this is looks good!
