Saucy Slow - Cooked Chuck Roast

This heavenly dish can be prepared on slow cooker and can be served as a main dish.
  Pure olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Wegmans)
  Thai stock 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Food You Feel Good About, Culinary Stock)
  Cut baby corn 16 Ounce, cleaned, sliced in 1/2-inch rounds (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each, Food You Feel Good About)
  Broccoli cuts 16 Ounce, thawed (1 Package, Food You Feel Good About, Frozen Dept)
  Udon noodles 32 Ounce, thawed per package directions (2 Packages, 16 Ounce Each, Wegmans Asian Classics)
  Boneless beef chuck roast 3 Pound
  Pan searing flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Wegmans)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Wegmans)
  Bbq sauce 20 Ounce (Wegmans Asian Style)
  Stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cleaned cut baby corn 16 Ounce, sliced in 0.5 inch rounds
  Broccoli 16 Ounce, thawed (Frozen Dept)
  Udon noodles 32 Ounce (Wegmans Asian Classics ,Frozen Dept, Thawed Per Pkg Directions)

1. Dust meat with pan-searing flour; pat off excess. Heat oil in large braising pan on MEDIUM-HIGH, until oil faintly smokes. Add meat. Brown, turning to brown all sides, 3-4 min per side. Transfer meat to slow cooker. Stir in BBQ sauce and stock.

2. Cook meat in slow-cooker 4-5 hours on HIGH or 7-9 hours on LOW. Remove just the meat from slow-cooker; transfer to clean platter.

3. Add corn, broccoli, and noodles to slow-cooker on HIGH; stir to combine. Cover; cook 5-15 min, or until vegetables are thoroughly heated. Stir before transferring to serving platter and topping with meat.
