|Fresh sea scallops||1 Pound|
|Green peppers||2 Large, cut in 1 inch squares|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Pint|
|Fat-free italian salad dressing||8 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
Combine all ingredients in shallow dish.
Cover and marinate at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
On skewers, alternate scallops, green peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
Place on broiler rack and brush with remaining dressing.
Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes, turn once and baste with dressing.
