The oriental pork is a microwaved and easy pork recipe. Prepared with pork strips and veggies like snow peas, red pepper and mushrooms, it I spiced with ginger and garlic. Flavored with sherry, is saucy and savory.
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into 2 by 1/4 inch strips
Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (Bouillon, 1 Can)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Fresh snow peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sweet red pepper 1 , cut into thin strips
Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Hot cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)

In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together oils, ginger, soy sauce, sherry and garlic.
Stir in pork to coat.
Cover with lid; refrigerate 1 hour.
Microwave, covered, on HIGH 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.
In small bowl, stir together broth and cornstarch; add to pork mixture along with peas, pepper and mushrooms.
Cover; microwave on HIGH 7 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring 3 times during cooking.
