Quick Oyster Sauce
|Oyster liquid||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
1. Shell and mince oysters. Reserve their liquid.
2. Bring oysters and their liquid slowly to a boil; then simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
3. Strain mixture through a sieve, discarding oysters; stir in soy sauce.
4. Pour into a jar, cap tightly, and store in a cool place.
