Quick Oyster Sauce

This Oyster Sauce made from oysters can be a perfect accompaniment for any dish. If you have purchased oysters set apart a bit of that for this oyster sauce. You will not regret!
Ingredients
  Oysters 12
  Oyster liquid 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Shell and mince oysters. Reserve their liquid.
2. Bring oysters and their liquid slowly to a boil; then simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
3. Strain mixture through a sieve, discarding oysters; stir in soy sauce.
4. Pour into a jar, cap tightly, and store in a cool place.
