Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Ounce
  Mace 1 Pinch
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Mussels/Oysters 2 Dozen
  Milk/Fish stock 1 Pint
  Anchovy essence 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Make the sauce according to the Roux Method.
Open the mussels, or open oysters.
Either canned oysters or mussels may also be used.
Add the fish to the sauce with the flavourings.
Heat for a minute or two without boiling.
