Strawberry Sherbet

Ingredients
  Strawberry/Raspberry or mixed berry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), mixed
  Frozen strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vodka 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

In a food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into an airtight container.
Freeze 2 hours.
Remove from freezer.
Whip again.
Return to freezer until firm.
