Korean Style Beef Ribs
|Beef ribs||2 1⁄4 Pound|
|Cold water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Mushrooms||2 , minced|
|Shallots||2 , cut into 2 inch chunks|
|Sesame seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
In a covered casserole dish, place beef ribs.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 2 hours or until liquid has reduced by half and meat is tender.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Remove beef ribs from dish.
Pour cooking juices into a sauceboat.
Transfer beef ribs to a serving dish.
