Asian Party Mix
|Crispy noodles||4 Ounce (120 Grams)|
|Unsalted dry-roasted peanut halves||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Dried persimmons/Crystallized pine apple / crystallized ginger / a combination of all||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Dried apricots||240 Milliliter, chopped (1 Cup)|
|Shredded coconut||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Butter/Margarine||45 Milliliter, melted (3 Tablespoons)|
|Sesame seeds||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
In a large bowl stir together the noodles, peanuts, dried fruit and coconut.
Drizzle melted butter over; toss to coat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over mixture; toss again.
Spread mixture out on an ungreased 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
Toast at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes or until hot; stirring occasionally.
Turn mixture out onto paper towels to cool.
