Grapefruit Sherbet

Ingredients
  Powdered milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grapefruit juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pink grapefruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled, pith removed, sectioned
Directions

In a bowl, mix powdered milk and grapefruit juice.
Freeze around 2 hours or until mixture hardens.
In a blender, whip frozen juice and grapefruit sections until smooth.
Pour into an airtight container.
Freeze until mixture hardens again.
Let sherbet soften a little before serving.
