Champagne Sherbet Punch

Ingredients
  Pineapple juice 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
  Lemon juice from concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple sherbet 1 Quart
  Champagne 750 Milliliter, chilled (1 Bottle)
Directions

In punch bowl, combine pineapple juice.
Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl; add champagne.
Stir gently.
