Hummus With Roasted Red Pepper

Ingredients
  Chickpeas 2 Can (20 oz)
  Roasted red peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tahini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1 , juiced
Directions

MAKING
1. Rinse chick peas and take it a food processor.
2. Add roasted red peppers, minced garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, tahini and olive oil.
3. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
4. Blend it. Check for seasoning.

SERVING
5. Serve Hummus with Roasted Red Pepper with falafel, grilled chicken, fish or eggplant.
